是用的永续盘存制，PWT表10.0的guide里有写，计算资本的时候用到了pwt 9.1里的方法：“The ‘What is new in PWT 9.1’ document provides a brief summary and a discussion of the changes compared to PWT 9.0 that aims to provide a better understanding of why and by how much particular measures change. We apply this methodology to the construction of capital for PWT 10.0 as well.”，然后你看Capital Services in PWT 9.1这个文件，里面详细介绍了如何计算的，其中明确讲了用的是永续盘存制，如图
