The data for all countries (except Taiwan) before 2010 are collected from the World Bank’s World Development Indicators 2007. The data for Taiwan are collected from the Statistical Yearbook of the Republic of China 2008. GDP for 2010 and 2015 are estimates that are obtained from International Monetary Fund, World Economic Outlook Database of April 2010. The table is sorted based on nominal GDP in 2010.
