I am vegetarian after the disaster of Sanlu , I want to find a vegetarian boyfriend in China , It seems a little bit difficult.

Personally I don't think vegetarian is a good choice if it has nothing to do with religion. I would rather have some white meat instead.

the problem of food safety mainly came from the fact of information asymmetry. in order to eliminate its influence, we need to establish and maintain a famous brand!

Food safety has caused widely public attention because of the exposure of many serious accidents in recently years. In my view, It's a typical example of vacancy of supervision,and the authorities must take the inescapable responsibility. The key to solve this issue lies in increasing the cost of violating the rules, as well as stressing the supervision.

Nowadays, food safety problem has become the focus of attention, personally, I believe that through the following four method to protect our family from the food safety problems.
1. Go to the regular shop to buy food, because the regular store food is more secure.
2.Strengthen the self awareness of safety precautions,  when buy food, to observe the food is expired or not.
3.Must have the legal protection consciousness, when in the face of food safety issues, should be timely to reflect the situation to relevant departments.
In addition, pay attention to personal hygiene is also necessary.

Personally think the best way to guarantee the food for the family is to go back to the feudalism, to provide food by self. However it is impossible for us to do it now. It is urgently to establish a food safety supervision mechanism  to provide the safety food.

What's more, there are already some programs on the providing vegetables by themselves through  renting farmland in the suburban.

I always heard my families said that in the past years,they were all poor,they did not think this problem,they had also passed the life.They have experience when they choose something,with the development of ecnomy,people are all for their own benefit they do not care others.we not only learn so-called knowledge,but also our lessons from the old men .

I agree with you. Although there are a lot of departments designed to supervise food safety, their enforcement rights are very limited. Whenever there are any conflicts between their actions and economy development, they will be forced to retreat. The government need to pay more attention to food safety.

I don't get your point here.  Information asymmetry may cause more food safety concern. And does it has anything to do with establishing brand names?
