SHANGHAI, Sept. 9. -- As all diplomatic officials and foreign residents have feared, the anti-Japanese movement is now taking on a general anti-foreign aspect in many parts of China. Various guilds and organizations which have profited by barring Japanese merchandise are now embarking upon a widespread boycott against all imports, and they are infusing the "Buy China Products" with elements of bittter anti-foreignism.
