我报名表上写的是一张建行的visa信用卡的信息。但后来过了几天我收到了一封order confirmation的邮件。还收到一封来自Lois Caracci的邮件说Yes you have met the deadline, but will be unable to register with Prometric or take the test until your order is paid for.   You can fax your credit card information to me at 847-273-8533. Your help with this matter will be greatly appreciated. 两封邮件里附带的账单都显示我没有付钱。是建行卡不能支付么？还是别的什么原因？我该怎么办。有人遇到过这样的情况吗？跪求大神指导。。。
