客户体验管理专业服务方案产品架构师
●工作职责:
1、开发专业服务产品的配套方案架构设计,交付指导及市场材料;
2、与客户沟通,基于客户需求完成专业服务交付方案和计划;
3、作为技术方案负责人,配合项目经理组织交付工作,完成验收。
●职位要求:
1、通信行业五年以上工作经历,有电信市场营销方案设计,客户体验管理等相关工作经验者优先;
2、熟悉 eTOM,ITIL 等行业标准架构,熟悉运营商 CRM,billing,BI 系统;
3、良好的沟通能力和技巧,思路开阔,能快速准确应对解决问题;
4、具有良好服务意识,高度责任感,能承担一定的工作压力;
5、使用英语作为工作语言。

Customer Experience Management Solution Architect
●Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and verify product documentation including solution design, delivery guide, sales support materials and training materials.
2. Work with customers to collect business requirements and communicate key decisions, plans, and functional releases within the customer experience management.
3. Ensure the product realizations are aligned with the defined roadmap and strategy and organize deliveries, complete acceptance with the project managers.
●Job Requirements:
1. More than 5 years telecom experience and professional data analysis for marketing support, working experience in customer experience management related as a priority.
2. Be familiar with eTOM, ITIL and telecom operator’s business intelligence and business support system (CRM/Billing).
3. Strategic and analytic with a high level of ownership, self-motivation and initiative.
4. Problem solving oriented mindset, good presentation skills in front of smaller and larger audience.
5. Good oral and written English for communication.
