其实刚开始工作不是看赚的工资，关键看职业发展机会以及对自己的锻炼和今后的成长。如果研究生的工作是一个薪水高但枯燥，本科生的工作是薪水一般但富有发展潜力的工作，我想还是选择后者。 这就涉及到一个选择问题。还有就是你的专业，如果你的专业本科、研究生的水平都差不多，主要在积累经验的话，完全可以去选择本科去就业。以后可以选择在职研究生或MBA等等  你现在的工作是项目前期助理，我感觉在项目中会学到很多东西的，会锻炼你的综合素质。  仅供参考，希望你做出适合自己的正确选择。
