In sampling without replacement the probability of any fixed element in the population to be included in a random sample of size r is r/n. In sampling with replacement the corresponding probability is [1−(1/(1−n)r]

Please help me show how this is proved.

You should have read what you had wrote before you posted it. If the same size is r, what is n? You didn't define it. Also, your parentheses didn't match. Your attitude is not appropriate.
