程方平认为，强调专业导向从整体来说是好的。美国也有两种学术型和应用型两种学术制度，而且在高中、本科阶段就很强调社会实践。然而，中国的本科教育都是强调学术性的，专业型硕士并不是非常适合一直走纯学术道路的应届毕业生。
    研究生推免名额的生源有两类，及本校本科生和其他学校推荐的学生，二者共同分享固定的推免名额。
    其实推免没有什么不好的，自己学校当然了解自己学校的学生水平

Here we'd better make it clear:
the express access policy is good.
we should't blame its contribution simply because some fraud, actually it is a crime.
The control system should be effective.
We'd better do something about it.

And there is a pervasive unfair admitting policy nation wide. And
everybody seems ok with that.

Compare to the upper policy,
the current one is much better.

Good students deserve social respect.
