When I was a kid, ZF covered all the medical expense.

Things changed after 1980's.

The main issue is there is a big interest inside.
The policy makers may also trapped inside.

For those developed world, US is the only nation without nation wide medical coverage.
Everyone knows the congressmen was kidnapped by those medical and pharmaceutical business owners.
I don't know whether is is what happening in our country, but it may exert big influence on our daily life.

A lot of second class nations also have nation wide medical coverage plan.

From ethical standing point of view speaking,
any ZF should take care of its citizen, no doubt about it.
If someone doesn't and on the contrary, take advantage of it to make more money,
I should say it is not right, and it is illegal.

Someone may say it is a huge project,
we couldn't get it done shortly.

I should say it is nonsense.
The social security system is much simpler than national taxation system.
There is no any technical obstacle here.

If someone said we don't have sufficient fund for that.
I should say it is nonsense again.
If a citizen keeps working hard for his/her whole life,
he/she still couldn't afford to pay his/her medical bill.
It is not a financial problem,
it is basically a social problem at all.

I have made some calculation before,
a lot of persons lives could totally changed if we built less DF missiles or have less official dinners.
If ZF has budget to do that,
it is definitely capable of improving our normal life.
