意思是从Template中把 gvar.xls复制到 GVAR_Toolbox2.0文件夹，把 flows.xls复制到GVAR_Toolbox2.0\Flows\吗    那GVAR_Toolbox2.0\Flows\里本来存在的 flows.xls怎么办 是删除呢还是用空的 flows.xls代替呢
