The 1stCamphor Economist Circle (CEC) Workshop will be held in Guangzhou from 9thto 10th January 2016. It is hosted by the South China NormalUniversity in association with The Camphor Economist Circle.
The 1stCEC workshop welcomes submission in all areas of economics. It is hoped thatthe papers presented at the workshop will represent a broad spectrum of appliedand theoretical economics and econometrics. Young economists and graduatestudents are especially encouraged to submit papers. We are inviting full-lengthpapers written in English to be presented at the workshop.
Paper submission
Forthose who are interested in presenting a paper in the workshop, please sendyour full paper in pdf version to cec2016@163.comby November 22, 2015. Please use subject “Your Name + Title of Your Paper” whensubmit. Authors will be notified of decisions by December 6, 2015.
CamphorEconomist Circle
The CamphorEconomist Circle (CEC) was initiated by youth scholars from Chinese Academy ofSocial Science (CASS), Harvard University, University of Toronto, and so on. It aims to create an open and freediscussion platform for young scholars in economics from China and abroad.
Conference Fees:
There isno registration fee.
Grantswill be provided to young researchers who present papers during the conference.The grants will cover accommodation expenses but not travel expenses.
