I don't agree with this formula - RAP=rf+(benchmark的标准差 / 组合的标准差)*(组合的收益- benchmark的收益). I think it should be RAP=rf+(benchmark的标准差 / 组合的标准差)*(组合的收益- rf). Please take a look at the definition of RAP on page 388 of FRM Handbook.
RAP is more intuitive to express performance in terms of a rate a return, adjusted for risk. Acctually it's leveraged up or down the portfolio P so as to bring it's volatility in line with B.
There is the same question (Q47) in 2009 FRM Full Exam Practice Exam II from GARP. Its solution is the same as yours. I've been questioned sometime. I might email to GARP team about that.
