学位论文：对劳动和劳动价值理论的当代思考

    马克思主义科学历史观的核心是劳动史观。劳动不仅创造了人和人类社会，而且也推动了人和人类社会向前发展。劳动是人的类本质，以生产劳动为纽带所结成的人与人之间的关系，即社会关系，其总和构成人的现实本质。在创造人类历史的劳动中，人民群众是主体，人民群众是历史的创造者。无产阶级政党要保持同历史发展相一致，就必须始终代表人民群众的利益。
    马克思运用历史唯物主义的观点和方法，不仅分析了劳动一般，而且对以雇佣劳动为特征的资本主义生产方式下的劳动，进行了具体深入的分析，创立了马克思主义劳动价值理论。但是，社会历史的发展，在社会主义实践中，出现了与马克思当时所面对和研究的情况不同的新情况、新问题，因此，必须结合现实深化对马克思劳动和劳动价值理论的认识。
    一是要深化对创造价值的劳动的认识。这一问题的关键是要树立“总体工人”共同创造价值的观念。二是要把科技工作和经营管理作为劳动的重要形式，承认其在价值创造和财富创造中的重要作用。三是要正确评价不同生产要素在价值创造中的不同作用。四是深化对价值分配的认识。

Abstract
    Historical concept of labour is the core of historical concept of Marx's
science. Labour not only creates human beings and mankind, but also pushes
them ahead. Labour is class-nature of human beings. Sum total of social
relationship that the relation of among men is composed by the labour of
production makes up practical character of mankind. The people are the
subject in the course of the history that is created by mankind; the people are
the creator of history. So Political Party of Proletariat must delegate people's
interests, Political Party of Proletariat should stand the side of historical
development.
    Marx had established the theory on labour value勿the idea of the way
of historical materialism. He analysed not only normal labour, but also
productive way of capitalism that have the feature in hired labour deeply.
With the development of social, there are many new problems and new
situations. So we deepen Marx's labour and the theory on labour value in
social practice.
    Fist, we deepen the labour of creating value, so we should form the idea
which "total worker" creates value together. Second, we admit this important
role of the work of science and technology and the management of
masterpiece as labour form. Third, we should adopt a correct attitude towards
different function of different element of production in the course of creating
value. Forth, we recognize distribution of value deeply. The distribution of
value that is decided by ownership of element is different from creation of
value.
