First, thank you for sharing the info. You have put a lot of efforts to load the files on thecreativewonder web-site.
Second, the Chinese writing means that it seems the creativewonder web-site is not reliable enough, so some people cannot download the files. But I must admit that I do not have this issue. Internet provider might cause this issue not the web-site per se.
Third, could you please re-load the Level 3 CD12 part 4 because currently  it links to Level 3 CD 11 part 4?
Forth, although there is a tip how to modify the Qbank from 2009 to 2010 version, it does not work for me.. I cannot uninstall level3 2009 version. Do you have any suggestions?

@luck2009.... I am really obliged to hear your appreciation and praise.... But, I am nowehere near to the management of that site. The owner is my close friend and the users upload the files.

But can you tell me what all problem you are facing while downloading files ? As far as i know, everyone can download it easily once getting registered.

About CD 12 Part IV, it is rectified now.

Fourth, as of now, qbank 2010 l2 is not available. From resources, it has been now known that it is fake on the creative wonder uploaded by some user who has already been banned. Though, it is working for some people.... so, site people have kept the file to download as it is

And due to the internet condition, I couldn't  download most documents except some. When I click the download button, it reported the website cannot be opened. I have tried for internet in different places. I don't know what has going wrong.

Thank you for re-loading the CD12 level3 part4. It works.

My problem is the Level 3 Qbank does not upgrade to 2010 version.
