Today we made apple crisp from scratch. I even got a copy of that recipe. I always say Chinese cooking requires skills, western cooking needs a lot of source. I sometimes cheat on how much sugar to put in my baking. Sugar has became the source of all evil.  Elizabeth was held by all the volunteers or out reach workers. She was content and felt safe. Must be, since she fell asleep.  Another busy day. I did receive some phone calls and need to deal with work. I haven’t got around to work much lately. Well, it is what it is.
