百事公司( PepsiCo )是世界领先的休闲食品和饮料公司, 百事的许多品牌有逾 100 年的历史。百事于 1965 年由百事可乐和菲多利整合而成。百事于 1998 年收购了纯品康纳, 2001 年整合了桂格公司(包括佳得乐)。百事饮料在中国的旗舰产品包括百事可乐、七喜、美年达及其各种口味,百事轻怡,百事轻柠,激浪,果缤纷,都乐 100% 果汁饮料,佳得乐等。
百事南区由原广州百事可乐饮料有限公司及深圳百事可乐有限公司整合而成 ,广百和深百是百事集团在中国的最早的两间灌瓶厂,同时也是中国区模范灌瓶厂。百事南区业务范围涉及广东省及海南省,包括8大销售区域(广州区、佛山区、粤西区、湛江区、深圳区、东莞区、惠州区、汕头区),5间工厂(广州厂、萝岗厂、湛江厂、深圳厂、揭东厂),员工人数超过三千人。经过十几年的发展,百事南区目前不仅拥有数条具备国际先进水平的生产线,同时采用百事国际公司的管理运作模式,致力于建立积极销售系统,不断拓展新的销售区域和完善成熟市场,近年来百事南区在饮料市场的品牌提及率和市场占有率方面,屡创历史新记录,销量不断提升。
