长三角经济功能区能性转换与空间结构演化

【内容提要】长三角16个城市之间呈现出明显的均质性趋势，但江苏北部地区与长三角第二、三等级经济功能区的发展差距是拉大的，即极化趋势，而浙南的多数城市与长三角的发展差距在缩小，因此长江三角洲现在的空间结构不是“长三角（两省一市）—长三角周边地区”，而是“三大经济功能区（长三角）+浙南—周边地区（包括苏北地区）”，并且未来的空间结构演化不会以行政区划为发展方向，长三角周边安徽、江西部分要素禀赋优越的地区有望比苏北更早融入长江三角洲区域经济一体化中来。

【英文摘要】Although the 16 cities within the Yangtze River Delta have been developed averagely, the gap between cities in Northern Jiangsu and the second and third level cites in the Yangtze River Delta is becoming greater and greater. However, most cities in Zhejiang Provinces display few disparities from cities in the Yangtze River Delta. Therefore, the special structure of the Yangtze River Delta is not "the Yangtze River Delta except Regions around the Delta", but "Three Functional Economy Zones (the Yangtze River Delta) including Southern Zhejiang except Regions around", which means that prosperous cities in Anhui and Jiangxi expect to be included the regional integration of the Yangtze River Delta earlier than cities in Northern Jiangsu.
