I raise a proposal about the cash acquisition and purchase power in this forum. I was inspired by another forum. You are look alikes.

That way is:

1) 50 cash is awarded when you upload a file. Of course, usefulness is a must. Otherwise 5 cash is written off from your account.

2)each download costs 5 cash.

Such standarlization is able to effectively eliminate those blood-sucking salers and relieve the supply-inefficiency. I guess it would dramatically promote every guy to share things with others. While current vicious-circle is proverty prohibit download which in turn depress potential uploaders because they can't even convince themselves that such a deal will make a profit.
