Besides Harvard Business Review (HBR), Mickinsey Quarterly is another one on my must-read list. (Note: McKinsey Quarterly is a business magazine focusing on management and organizational theory. It has been edited and published by the management consultancy McKinsey & Company since 1964 and appears quarterly with one special issue per year). Believe me, you cannot afford to miss it whether you are interested in management or not.
