● Job Description:
Responsibilities:
•Lead execution teams in various fixed-income transactions;
•Involve actively in fixed-income origination efforts;
•Involve actively in fixed-income product development efforts;
•Interact extensively with clients and regulatory bodies;
•Interact extensively with internal departments;
•Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff.
● Core Qualification:
Knowledge
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
•Fluent in Chinese and English;
Skills and Abilities
•Willingness to play a role in the growing Chinese markets;
•Good team player with integrity;
•Willing to work hard.
Qualifications
•Passionate about fixed-income products, solid education background, master’s degree preferred;
•At least 2 years of working experience with international investment banks, or other top tier institutions, in the areas of DCM, Origination or Structuring (including convertible securities);
•Credit and Public Finance experience welcome;
•Good corporate finance background
