It is all relative.
I am not against family planning, but I think there have been problems in its specific approach.
Specifically, the policy of one-child per couple was too harsh, to say the least.
While it may or may not have improved the quality of people in terms of education for children in cities, it is impossible to say that it has improved the national average.
Other social problems should also be ignored.
Such a harsh policy can only be designed and implemented in China.
